TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
At Saint Joseph High School, we are committed to making your educational experience as affordable as possible. We recognize that a Catholic education at Saint Joseph High School may be a sacrifice for some of our families. We want to work with our families and make a Saint Joe education feasible for all qualifying students. Currently, 47% of our students receive tuition assistance.
The quality of our educational program is predominantly supported by tuition revenue; financial assistance helps to build our school community and provides funds for families. Diocesan financial assistance in the form of grants, as well as the annual Bishop’s Appeal, helps many families afford our tuition.
The School Choice Scholarship Program also provides financial assistance to qualifying families. We are proud to be participating in this program that allows many of our families the choice of a Catholic education. Families are awarded either financial aid from the school or the School Choice Scholarship Program.
The Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend utilizes FACTS Grant & Aid to assist in determining a family’s contribution to educational expenses and processing and collecting required tax documents. The analysis provided by FACTS takes into account each family’s unique circumstances, including taxable income, assets, liabilities, family size, and the number of students in tuition-charging schools.
All FACTS applications are due by February 28, 2018, including the submission of all tax documents and/or other supporting documents. Tax documents are needed to verify the application as listed on the FACTS website. All registration documents must be complete and uploaded on the FACTS website for a student to be considered for tuition assistance or School Choice Scholarship at Saint Joseph High School.
Thank you for considering Saint Joseph High School. Our mission is to educate your student in heart and mind. Building faith, character, and excellence are the goals we set for every student. Together, let us transform your student as we teach the faith and prepare each for success at the next level.
