SJHS 1:1 laptop program
Each student receives a MacBook Air laptop to use while at Saint Joe. This 1:1 program helps to prepare our students to study, work, and live in the 21st century. The use of laptops takes learning to the next creative level - application and synthesis while providing a level playing field for all SJHS students.
Parents can see announcements, assignment due dates, Christian Service opportunities in Joy of Service. You must have your child’s email address and Canvas password to create a parent account.
PowerSchool allows parents to access student’s grades, attendance records, and logs any missing assignments. First-time users need to create an account and use the school supplied access ID and access password to add their student's to the account.
If you have problems, please contact Ms. Josie Dieter at 574-233-6137 ext. 516.

Saint Joseph High School - South Bend Mobile App
Download our new Saint Joseph High School – South Bend mobile app available on iTunes or Google Play! This replaces the Pinwheel system used last year.
It is a great way to stay connected with the high school! Get calendar information, athletic news, the lunchroom menu, a faculty and staff directory, the Soundings Newsletter, and much more.
Please note – when signing up for the app, make sure to accept school notifications. We will use this app as a means of communication for emergency notifications such as school closings or school delays.
iPhone users, please use the Alert box notification, not the Banner notification and make sure to click allow on the different notification options.
Every Sunday evening a notification will be sent highlighting activities for the week. All messages sent through the SJHS app are stored in the Notifications icon within the app.
At Saint Joseph High School, we recognize that cybersafety is more than just blocking students from inappropriate websites. Cybersafety starts with educating our students to be responsible; we want to provide parents with resources to help them teach cybersafety at home. Below are links to a press release and a book to help parents steer their children safely through the online and mobile-phone worlds.
