Students will be using the MobileServe app to track ALL their service hours this year. All service hours must be completed and verified by quarterly due date. All hours will be recorded from the students account so there will be no physical timesheets to be turned in!
The Verification Method that must be used is the "email verification." Students must provide the email of the Service Site Volunteer Coordinator. MobileServe will generate and send an email to the Service Site/Volunteer Coordinator requesting formal verification. Students need to be attentive to make sure that the Service Site Volunteer Coordinator is verifying hours. Contact them directly if your hours are not being verified in a timely manner (within 72 hours).
